Unfortunately, as many establishmnets have found to their cost, scale is an un-wanted by-product of water. Nearly 70% of breakdowns in coffee machines, steam ovens, vending machines etc, in fact the list is endless, are caused by scale.

A Monarch Calcium Filter removes this problem with performance guaranteed by a unique blend of high quality food grade de-alk resin (for scale) and activated carbon (for chlorine and bad tastes). 		  Applications - examples:

System Exchange
As a Calcium Filter cannot be regenerated on site, exhausted systems have to be exchanged for fresh units at pre-determined intervals as determined by local site conditions i.e. water use and the water hardness. No system should remain in the field for more than 12 months.

Warranty
All systems come with a 10-year parts warranty covering faulty manufacture.

The installation of a Calcim Filter will eliminate scale and scum related problems, provided that the unit is sized and operated in accordance with its instructions and is exchanged at the appropriate times.

Installation Specification
Water Pressure: 1.5 -6 bar.
Water temperature: 3 - 40C
Inlet/Outlet connections three-quarter male unless otherwise specified.
Capacity figures (with 1.5mm blend) may be viewed as a guide only and will be determined by local site conditions.
